If you have water pooling on your flat roof, the drainage may not be perfect but it is not necessarily a problem as long as your roof is sound. However if the roof is leaking you would be well advised to get a reliable roofer out straight away to assess the problem. You may not need the whole roof replacing. If it is clear where and how the water is getting through and most of the roof is intact, a local repair might do the trick. Continue reading
